How being an observer overcomes fear, anxiety, addictions and strong emotions: Is it ok to quarrel, have strong emotions and accept it as part of life ? What is Raja Yoga? To lead a high moral life - true ethical life. Balanced life, Clear thinking, doing right things with active mind. Yoga is not breathing or exercises. None of them have awakened Kundalini but had some experiences. The different kind of energy, keeping the mind young and fresh come when there is no sense of self of inner conflicts. Detached Observer: Observer is the Observed. Observer is always active when there is a difference. When both are same, there is no action or fear. There is awareness, there is a quality of attention when listener and listening is same, there is a newness, fresh quality for the mind. The close observation is the meditation. Thought creates time and time that creates fear. When there is end of psychological time (not real time), there is newness. Free the mind from fear to deal with the complex situations. What is mind? Mind is a response to memory and Mind is an alert state of awareness - discovery - freedom (Consciousness) when there is no memory. Religious mind is that which is no longer seeking, no longer demanding experiences, not caught in visions and it is active in totally different dimension which thought can never possibly reach. When one realizes this, thought never has a place at all freed from ugly little sentiments and emotions to function normally, healthily, sanely with the mind that is not cluttered up by thoughts.
