14.01.1990 Weakness (carelessness in spoken words) in fast spiritual effort: Avyakt Murli points and Churning.

1. Everyone's desire is to go into the first division, no-one wishes to go into the second division.  However, there is a difference in the aim and in their characteristics.  What were the two reasons especially seen?  Firstly, the power of thought, which is the most elevated power, is not constantly used accurately for the self or for service according to the time in the task.  The second reason is in the second power which is that of speech, that is, of words: there is a lack of accuracy and power in the use of the power of speech.  And the reason for this weakness is that instead of it being put to use, you are loose (slack).  There is very little difference in the words, there is however a great difference in the result.

Churning:Power of thought, it is said, with right understanding of self-awareness, there will be right thought. Words spoken with the power of silence becomes powerful. Baba says our words should be like Aakaash vaani, as if words are spoken from space. It is always better to experience deep silence of atleast one hour before giving a speech to have a powerful effect on the audience.

In fact, in deep silence, we speak from consciousness directly instead of getting mixed with other thoughts. When we speak from consciousness directly, we speak the right words as per the need of the audience and the audience easily get the message. Baba has said in one murli like when we have deep silence, it is like we are throwing a net over the audience and the audience cannot escape from the net of silence.


2. Because of speech, there is an effect of this also on the mind.  Speech pulls the mind towards itself. 

Churning: Not only speech, all actions pulls the mind /consciousness and we lose self - awareness. When we do all actions including speech with self-awareness, it becomes powerful. One is to do actions or speech with self-awareness. And another is to do actions or speech with the experience of deep silence what we experienced in deep meditation of silence. Among these two speech, speech with power of silence is more dominating.

3. Do you remember this?  Speak less, speak softly and speak sweetly.  Do you remember this?  The sign of those who speak of wasteful things is that they will speak a lot.  They will control themselves by compulsion according to the time and according to the gathering, but inside they will feel as though someone has forced them to remain in silence.  What is the greatest damage caused by wasteful words?  Firstly, the energy of the body finishes because you use it, and secondly, time is wasted.  What habit would those who speak of wasteful things have?  They will make a small thing into a very big thing, and their way of speaking will be as though they are telling a story. 

Churning: Speaking less, softly and sweetly is possible if we can speak with self-awareness or with the power of silence. Or it is vice versa, when we speak less, softly and sweetly, we remain self-aware or we keep silence with us.

4. Because of there being the influence of Maya, those who speak waste things quickly make weak souls their companions, and so they speak to those who will listen to them.  Why?  Because such souls cannot become the ones who love solitude, they are therefore very clever in making companions.  Externally, it appears as though their gathering is very powerful and big.

Churning: When we lose self-awareness in any action including speech, it means, we are influenced by maya, it means, we lost self-awareness or the power of silence or remembrance of Baba.  Solitude is the most important requirement for spiritual effort. Even if we dont do yoga or meditation, solitude helps in more understanding of self, Baba and spiritual effort which will lead to better yoga day by day.

In solitude, we teach ourself. We are the best teacher for ourown self. There is a lot for us to be learned by our own self. Even churning has to be done by our own self which may or may not be shared with others. Churning is not to share with others but to make myself grow in worldly life as well as spiritual life.

The solitude even gives solutions to our worldly problems. In solitude, in silence, we get clarity, intuitions, ideas and Baba's touchings. In deep silence of solitude, we take right decisions.

5. Many forms of wasteful and ordinary words were observed.  One is that you indulge in jokes and laughter beyond the limit.  And secondly, taunting; to taunt someone.  Thirdly, to speak of and listen to the news from here and there.  Fourthly, together with service news, you also speak of the weaknesses of the serviceable ones.  This is mixed chutney.  You like chutney, do you not?  And fifth, words that are not yukti-yukt, words that are not in the Brahmin life dictionary.  These five forms were seen.  BapDada counts all these five as wasteful.  You must not think that it must be a good thing to joke and laugh.  Those jokes and laughter are good, when there is spirituality within it.  But, what is the benefit for the soul with whom you share your time in the jokes and laughter?  Did you pass (spend) that time, or was that time wasted?  The virtue of entertainment is good, but entertainment is only good when it is according to the person, the time, the gathering, the place and the atmosphere. 

Churning: When we understand self-awareness, know what is being a witness, understand the nature of bliss of self and God, then experiencing by the supersensous joy, it becomes easy to move away from all wastages. But unless we spend more time in solitude, it never becomes possible to have the supersensous joy. Knowing the importance of self-introspection, we may motivate ourselves to get rid of wastages.

6. Your words should be such that those who listen become like the oyster bird and say that you should speak something and that they should listen.  They would be called the invaluable, elevated versions.  Elevated versions are never many.  If you continue to speak whenever you want, they are not called elevated versions.

Churning: Being an embodiment of silence, being in self-awareness, being soul consciousness, with unlimited awareness, with experience of natural humility and mercy, whatever we speak will create interest in others. It will keep their attention focused on your words. Infact what happens is, when you stabilize in powerful form, others who look at you become bodiless and have the experience of being beyond body and mind. This experience make them forget their body and physical world and get lost in your vibrations.

To start with just practice silence atleast minimum 30 to 45 minutes and then give a speech or talk to others, to see the result. This can also be done if you want to write an article or mail.

Note: When we are faced with difficult situations, this powerful form sometimes considered as arrogance. so, in such situations, it is better to respond with the difficult people being in blissful awareness with lot of humility, being lost in love of God.

One is of being a Master and other is of being a child.

7. Check how much energy and time you accumulated, and how much you wasted through words.  When you check this, you will automatically experience the sweetness of introversion.  There is a difference of day and night between the sweetness of introversion and that of words and activity.  An introverted soul will experience himself to be the embodiment of tapasya sitting in the cottage of the forehead.  Do you understand?  There is a lot of expansion, but understand a lot in only a few words.  Achcha.

Churning: Whatever we do, Wherever our attention flows, the energy (of soul) flows. Self-awareness and being a witness is nothing but saving or keeping our energy/attention with our own self, not diverted or allowed to flow to the external objects called mind/thoughts, 5 sense organs (includes speech), physical organs, external physical objects. And being introverted (self-aware, being a witness), my first effort should be to focus more on the bliss of self or God being humble. Then the next I can allow my attention towards Godly service, Then to the least minimum, I allow my attention to the rest of my mind/thoughts, senses, physical organs and the physical world.

It is the play of attention. More we retain our attention, more powerful we remain, and more we focus our attention on divine bliss being humble without ego of even self-awareness, we become virtuous day by day and also we receive healing power from God.

It is said, even in deep silence, we are in connection with God. So, the most important is of deep silence where we even forget the soul(sun) and just become embodiment of rays of power(silence). Like the stage of being in paramdham.

By practice, we will experience the Silence and bliss (love) together known as sweet silence. At present, we might be experiencing silence and bliss separately.

8. You have to live, eat, sleep and study.  Do you need anything else?  These four are sufficient.  Do you like studying, or do you sleep at amrit vela?  Some children say: We were awake all night, and so we fell asleep in the morning.  Or, if they are doing a particular type of service, they forget about amrit vela.  So, what then accumulated?  Nothing extra was accumulated.  On the one hand, you did service, and on the other, you missed amrit vela.  So what then happened?  But you must not sit simply as a discipline and be drowsy. 

Churning: Yes, amritvela is most important. still at times if we had to do some service and miss amritvela, it is better to lose the income of self for the sake of others. But it is again an excuse. If we plan properly, sleep on time, have proper moderate food, we need not miss amritvela. When due to unavoidable reason if we still miss amritvela, it is better to do meditation whenever or whatever time we wake up. Like when BapDada used to be present till 12 midnight during new year, it is usually announced at Maduban that the next day amritvela is at 5.30am.

1. four main things are seen from the forehead.  Firstly, it is seen how clear and how unlimited the line of the intellect is.  Secondly, it is seen, at every moment, to what extent you are imbibing the wealth of knowledge, to what extent you are free from the obstacles of the suffering of karma through the body, and to what extent, from the moment you died alive until now, you are free from obstacles in having a constant link of love through your mind.  Thirdly, it is seen whether the lifespan of the awareness of your elevated Brahmin birth is long or short.  If you continue to have remembrance, you are alive; if you keep forgetting, you reach the point of death.  On the basis of this, you can tell whether your life-span is long or short.  Fourthly, it is seen, in your life of dying alive, to what extent you have been fortunate in terms of love, relationships, connections and all powers.

To what extent are you an embodiment of success, regular and punctual, in your study and earning?  For how many souls have you been a great donor, a bestower of blessings and a benefactor?  That is, is your line of donating and performing charity long or short?  From all these things, Baba is seeing the present and the future of each star.

Churning: Clean and unlimited intellect happens when we are free from the influence of past emotions or baggages of thoughts/mind. The simple step to identify if my intellect is clean and clear is to see if I am happy and light every moment. If I cannot keep myself happy and light at this very moment and whenever I wanted, then it can be said that my intellect is not clear and unlimited. And it is very easy to make it clean and unlimited by proper method and self awareness. The method is to identify all that make me automatic or distressed and understand each and everyone, in Baba's words apply full stop to the past. Then keeping my thoughts very few, I can become clean and unlimited in nature.

Negative Karma of mind is nothing but thoughts that we had stored up in the past with emotional charges. All those past emotional charges appear now one by one based on automatic nature of association, generalization etc. Once we identify them, understand them, apply full stop to them, we become free from the suffering of karma of  mind. Then karma of body is the biological factors like do we have a moderate sleep, moderate exercise, moderate food, not taking junk and oily food much, moderate behaviour not going to any extremes, etc. Taking care for body and mind with knowledge of psychological, biological and social factors keep us develop more good karmas - thoughts and actions. Knowing how to deal with the vices in a relaxed and understanding way also helps in positive karma.

When we have settled our own past emotional charges and have self-awareness, it becomes easy to have a constant link of love/bliss of God through mind.

Constant attention on self - awareness helps us in being constantly alive and again there is a method and process which everyone has to do it with lot of patience and self-love without any hatred for self and with lot of acceptance and free from any type of guilt feelings for self.

When we make effort first on our own self, give time for our own self to understand and settle most of my own shortcomings, then we develop love for self and others, thereby improving our relationship and connections. And self transformation helps to attain spiritual powers.

The earlier we heal our own self from the shortcomings and get stabilized in self-awareness combined with God, successful in self-transformation, then it becomes easy to donate and perform charity for others being punctual and successful.

It is not too late, in-fact self-awareness includes knowing, understanding and transforming every physical action and mental thinking of my own self.

2. All of you can see and know the line of your fortune, but how?  You will be able to know it clearly if you look at it whilst being seated on BapDada's heart-throne, whilst having the tilak of awareness, and whilst stabilising yourself in the stage of being knowledge-full and powerful. 
When you leave your position and look at yourself or others whilst being stable in the stage of Maya's opposition, you are not able to see it so clearly.  Which position is that?  Which is your own position in which all things are included?  That of being a master almighty authority.  By constantly performing every action whilst being stable in this position, you will go beyond every obstacle of Maya and become completely free from obstacles.  In the world, no one has the courage to oppose someone with authority.  If they become slack in using their authority, any ordinary person would also feel free to oppose them, causing a disturbance or creating obstacles.  Here also, if you become slack in using the authority, powers and blessings you have attained, then Maya has the courage to oppose you.  Maya then has the courage to interfere in your thoughts, words, actions, relationships and wealth.  Because you come down from your position of authority and become ordinary, Maya doesn't leave you alone in any aspect.

Churning: Even to look at my own self, I need to be knowledgeful of psychological, biological and social factors that had influenced and that are influencing me physically and mentally. It is better to take help from a person if we are not able to do it by own self.

The other way of knowing self is to experience the poweful self - awareness at amritvela and see why I am not able to maintain this powerful awareness throughout the day. All that pulls me from maintaining the powerful awareness, even whilst coming into actions, are to be anlayzed and modified if required.


3. Whether it is success in: constantly being free from illness, being able to control the elements, making a poor, unhappy and peaceless soul constantly happy and wealthy with imperishable wealth, making a weak soul very strong, being able to stabilise and control your thoughts as and how you wish, in one second, being able to control the five vices in the form of the great evil spirits, being able to make those who are without sight trinetri, making souls who have become unconscious through the distress of various circumstances, conscious, through your own stage; that is, giving them the donation of life, showing the destination, once and for all, to souls who are wandering, increasing the life-span of many births, saving someone from untimely death, attaining the fortune of the kingdom, crown and throne, how much intoxication should be experienced by a soul who has attained all the powers of success through using the right method!

Churning: All the above is possible when I detach from thoughts (bondages of thoughts) whenever I wanted, stabilize in my own self-awarenss(with few minutes of practice, really in practical, we can feel the 3rd eye at the centre of eyebrow), and being lost in love of Baba.

The highest self awareness is attained in just a second of practice. But we dont maintain it because we are not attentive or we dont try to understand the method. Even Lord Buddha use to enlighten the person in just one few minutes of speech. Enlightenment is not that difficult as we think. It is our thinking that makes simple thing difficult.

Sometimes, I remain a witness, sometimes, I get lost in love of God, sometimes being a benefactor, sometimes, being a concentrated powerful/embodiment of silence, sometimes, being easy and light, sometimes healing my own karma of body and mind, taking care of my own self, sometimes, giving sakaash, sometimes overcoming vices by controlling thoughts and being in unlimited self-awareness, sometimes like a light, sometimes like an unlimited rays of sun, in different forms we become an embodiment of success in all the above mentioned services.

4. Why do you forget yourself?  Instead of taking support from the Father, you step away from the Almighty Authority.  If you leave the Boatman and look for another shore, that is, another destination, would you find it or would you waste your time?  BapDada feels mercy for such innocent and forgetful children.  But for how long?  As long as you want or need to experience Baba's mercy, you will not be able to be merciful towards others.  Those who themselves take cannot be bestowers, just as a beggar cannot make another beggar full.  Yes, on the basis of some powers, they would be able to create a temporary influence, but they would not be able to make someone else complete in everything for all time.  They can give an experience to the point where a soul would say, "it is good, it is good", but they cannot bring them to the stage of becoming completely ignorant of desire.  When a soul just says that something is good, the desire for all attainments is not fulfilled.

Churning: Because of fear, worry, anxiety, instead of being light and connected with Divine Bliss, we get influenced by our own thoughts and take the support of our worry and anxiey and people. Being easy and relaxed, we remain in connection with Baba in all actions. Otherwise because of our past habit of too much thinking and fast thinking, we lose the connection with Baba, we forget Baba and our own self.

Unless we settle our own past emotional baggages by own self-effort, unless we stop the pull of our own thoughts and stabilize in self-awareness, it is not possible for us to become a benefactor for others. And we will keep doing what we have been doing in devotion asking for mercy and love from Baba instead of becoming an embodiment of love and power by our own effort.

Baba has found us, included us with the sat sang. But it is our effort to make us clean and clear so that we become instrument for God's service. Even we dont need to look for God's service, If we maintain our spiritual purity, then service takes place every moment without any effort.

5. Those who themselves have the desire to receive co-operation, love, courage, zeal and enthusiasm from the Father and other co-operative souls, or who take any kind of support, cannot be an instrument who is an image of support for all souls. 

A soul who is dependent on the elements, situations, people or material comforts cannot make another soul claim all rights to everything.  Therefore, know all your powers of success and use them.  But just use them as an instrument.  Forget the consciousness of "I", and on the basis of shrimat, use all your powers of success.  If you use any of your powers of success with the consciousness of "I", then what is the saying for that?  "To use occult power is dangerous and causes a loss to the self".  That is, instead of claiming a high status, you experience punishment.  If you are not a detached observer, then there is punishment.  Therefore, constantly be an embodiment of awareness and an embodiment of the powers of success.  Do you understand?  Achcha.

Churning: When we become self-aware, we become a witness to our own thoughts like we are witness to others and other's thoughts. We remain detached from I and Mine. Because when I see and know myself as a point, the point does not need anything. The point is ever blissful and ever content. The point is so light to experience and it does not need any space to stay. Being a point, it does not have to even worry about past or future. Being a point, I am ever truth, ever conscious and ever blissful in constant communion with Baba. Being a point, I am not dependent on element, situations, people or material comforts. Being a point, I accept people and situations as they are, Being a point, I am embodiment of love and peace all the time whether I have something or not. Being a point, I am powerful in an unlimited manner with unlimited awareness. Being a point, I can tolerate any one and any situations. Being a point, I am a detached observer constantly and being a detached observer I am happy in every situation knowing that whatever happens whether it is good or worse, still I know internally my stage is stable and hence every situation makes me more powerful and more successful in being self-aware and God-aware.

Avyakt Murli on Self-Transformation dated 11.4.1973 Main points and churning:

1. Do those who bring about transformation, that is, do those, who have become the instruments to bring about transformation, experience within themselves that  transformation is taking place at every moment in every way, that is, in their thoughts, words and actions?  This is known as the transformation which is of the  ascending stage.

A natural form stays all the time and so this is therefore the sign of complete transformation for all time.

Churning: The permanent transformation of sanskars (habits) has to take place. The Sanskars or habits make us automatic in nature like an Artificial Intelligence. The  computer functions automatically because there is a program. Similarly we think, act, speak throughout the day automatically. Whatever we do automatic due to our past  recorded habit, ideas, beliefs, attitude cannot get transformed because we just repeat what is there within.

For the real transformation to take place,there has to be awareness of what we speak, think and act. For this awareness, first we should know the real I - self. The  first lesson is very simple and easy once we find some time ( say few minutes) to understand who am I.  Although we say I am a soul, infact, we say this automatically  and we really dont know what we say. If we really know I am a soul or I am the consciousness, then whatever we think will be with self -awareness and whatever we do  and speak will be with self-awareness. And whatever we do with self-awareness will not harm self or others. Because every moment we will perform right action with self  awareness of peace, love, good wishes and good feelings. 

When we do every thinking, speaking and acting with self-awareness, then the past recorded programs of mind will not influence our thoughts, words and actions which  generally happens by association, generalization, deletion, assumptions and past habits of hopelessness, anger, revenge, hate etc. When there is no influence of our  past in our present actions, then we call that as permanent change in behaviour. And our original behaviour is of good wishes and good feelings, peace, love etc.

So,the original behaviour or transformation will be same like Bap-Dada and all other thoughts, words and actions are due to past maladaptive sanskars/programs in soul.

2. the main sanskar, which you call nature, of each one should be visible as though it was one thing previously, but is now no longer the same.  Until there is  complete transformation in those main sanskars (nature), complete transformation of the world cannot take place. 

Churning: The main sanskar of past that are automatic has to be transformed to be original, alert, ever new awareness of self and its qualities of good wishes, good  feelings, and unlimited in awareness.

Trying to change or manipulate our past recorded programs of mind will not bring change or transformation. Instead we have to completely surrender/will our past  thoughts/mind and act new from this moment from the self-awareness. Then comes the self-transformation or sanskar milan. Otherwise how we could match our sanskars with  BapDada or other divine souls?

The effort should be to remain ever new, every moment, with surrender of every thought (even the thought that happened one minute before) and keep our slate of  mind/consciousness clean and clear not allowing the dust to cover the mirror (self).

3. When you come to a debate about religion, you can defeat them in one aspect, which is that their religion and dharna are not in a practical form, whereas the proof  of Godly knowledge is in your practical life.  On the one side, there is the debate of religion, and on the other side, the stage of being a practical embodiment of  dharna.  If these two are not together, then the challenge you issue of your practical life cannot be clearly visible.  

Churning: We may have to focus on real understanding of self-awareness which will lead to right thinking leading to right speech, right actions, right effort, right  perceptions of right and wrong, concentration and success.

If we analyse our activities, many a times, we would notice that we are just reacting with people and situations instead of responding. we react or re-enact what we  had experienced before instead of responding with attention, alertness being easy, light and relaxed. It has become so automatic in our nature that we have totally  lost in contact with our self-awareness.

To come back to self-awareness, we may start doing things slowly like let me do the thinking, speaking, acting a bit slower than before, so that I slowly become aware  of my responses and in due course, I will know that I am thinking, I am speaking and I am doing. Now because of speed and repetition, we are never aware that it is ME  who is thinking, speaking or doing.

4. you have to pay attention to this aspect: to have knowledge in a practical way, that is, to be the embodiment of dharna, the embodiment of knowledge and the  embodiment of virtues. The programme for the progress of your own effort and of the exchange of the different experiences of your efforts should both be together. 

Churning: Attention is most important because real soul consciousness is nothing but attention. If I am attentive, I am soul conscious. I may be a point of light but  my real awareness is silence, peace, attention, love, bliss. Among these, most important is attention. when there is attention, I experience peace. When there is  attention on peace, I experience inner calmness of sweetness of inner smile called bliss.And when there is peace and bliss along with silence, it becomes sat-chit- anand. When we become or experience our form of sat-chit-anand, we get connected and remain combined with the Baba who always remain in sat-chit-anand. So, the most  important is attention. I am attention. Soul consciousness is doing everything with attention with the awareness that I consciousness different from thoughts, words,  senses and use thoughts, words, senses to carry out action known as Karma yogi.

In the beginning, our attention may get lost, thats why the traffic control, practicing 5 forms which will help to slow down and come back to awareness. And practicing  traffic control or 5 forms helps to gain control over mind/thoughts and this helps to understand that I, conciousness is the king and my thoughts are like servants  whom I use as per my need.

It is like self understanding (Knowledge-Dharana) leads to self awareness (Dhyana) and self awareness helps to gain control over thoughts, senses. Then with focused  attention, I am able to concentrate on Baba and His Qualities (Samadhi). The more we remain connected with Baba, more we will become virtuous in our nature and  behaviour.

The more we regain our lost self-awareness with experience of divine bliss, then we overcome the five vices, we get established in purity.

1. Are you able to stabilise yourself beyond sound in one second?  Just as you are able to move your physical organs as and when you wish, in the same way, are you  able to stabilise the love of your intellect as, when and wherever you wish?

Churning: In fact, the mind (thoughts) is just another organ (like hands and legs) for the soul. If we can detach from thoughts, and know that I am consciousness, is  separate from thoughts, it becomes easy to use thoughts when I want and stop (detach from) thoughts when I never need. 

And this awareness of consciousness becomes easy when we know how to see through 3rd eye awareness. If we look straight with eyes, but move our attention on the  external various objects/things, we know that it is the consciousness/soul/3rd eye who is attentive and not just the eyes. And if we can maintain this awareness of  seeing through 3rd eye, it is very easy to remain a witness and use thoughts as and when required and other times, we just remain a witness to thoughts or external  activities.

2. what are the main weaknesses visible in the effort of the effort-makers?  First, there isn't power in your awareness.  Second, according to your capacity, you have  developed numberwise divinity and spirituality in your vision.  Third, due to a lack of will-power in your attitude, your attitude is not constant; it continues to be  mischievious.  Fourth, due to a lack of attention to the incorporeal stage, the main vices of body consciousness, lust and anger repeatedly attack you from time to  time.  Fifth, whilst you are living in the gathering or coming into connection with others, the atmosphere and the vibrations create their own impression on you.   Sixth, due to a lack of the avyakt, angelic stage you fail when you come into any feeling of good or bad things.  Seventh, you are not so content with your pilgrimage  of remembrance.  These are the numberwise results of the effort of the effort-makers.  

Churning: 

First, there isn't power in your awareness: There is no power in our awareness because we dont know or we have not experienced awareness or being a witness. If even  once we are able to have this experience, it becomes easy to maintain self awareness all the time.  

Second, according to your capacity, you have developed numberwise divinity and spirituality in your vision: Lack of divinity and spirituality in awareness has many  reasons. The most important is that we dont remain self-aware all the time. Next, we dont try to control ourselves or move ourselves from situations that make us fall  down. Third, we dont experience happiness in our spiritual effort because we dont know the right method. If we know the method to remain self aware and get connected  with God/ His bliss, then it is not difficult to remain divine or spiritual.  The truth is simple, the method is simple but we make it complicated because we dont know  and there is no one to guide us. 

Some people are more in to visual and others are more in to kinesthetic or feelings. Both needs different techniques to experience spirituality. One is more visual and  other is more into feelings. We should know, whatever method we use, ultimate focus should be on feelings of love, peace and bliss. And this will happen only by  reducing the number of thoughts to almost zero or one or two. But most of us keep ourselves busy in thoughts that the real experience never happens at all.

The method is like this: 1. reduce number of thoughts. If this is not possible to past repetition or remembrance of thoughts, take help from Counselor or senior to  settle the past or apply full stop to the past to keep the thoughts minimum - say 0 to 4 thoughts at a time. 2. Once we are able to control or reduce the thoughts,  then we start experiencing peace. 3. The more we experience silence, then we will be able to remain self-aware. 4. With self-awareness, we can be a witness to actions,  thinking, etc. 5. The more we remain a witness, it will be easy to focus on God and His qualities when we are not involved in normal action or thinking. 6. And in  remembrance of God, we lose our ego or self awareness to get lost in love of God, giving the experience of divine love and bliss. 7. When we taste this bliss of God,  then it becomes easy to remain divine and spiritual all the time.

Third, due to a lack of will-power in your attitude, your attitude is not constant; it continues to be mischievious: Will-power is to surrender every moment, every  thought to God. In other words, every moment, we should know to detach from the thoughts to get back to our self awareness. One moment do action or do thinking and  next moment we should be calm and quiet as if I have not done or thought anything. This attachment to  and detachment from thoughts has to happen continuously every  moment to keep our attitude constant. Otherwise, we get attached to thoughts and we become mischievious. It is like Abhimanyu get caught in Chakravyuh and did not know  how to come out. The chakrvyuh is nothing but our own thoughts.

Fourth, due to a lack of attention to the incorporeal stage, the main vices of body consciousness, lust and anger repeatedly attack you from time to time: When we are  able to detach from thoughts, then we experience the deep silence of incorporeal stage like the sun rays spreading everywhere over the universe. And this awareness of  deep silence is the real power which empowers the soul. Due to lack of experience of this deep silence, our soul remain weak and get addicted to the vices. 

Along with deep silence, we also need to experience the incorporeal or soul awareness knowing self as a point of light. In fact when we really know myself as a point  of light, we really experience the same lightness of being a point. The more we remain silent with reduced number of thoughts, we are able to feel the 3rd eye as a  point of light. And becoming a point of light means, we experience unlimited awareness of silence.

Fifth, whilst you are living in the gathering or coming into connection with others, the atmosphere and the vibrations create their own impression on you: It is better  to remain away from the atmosphere if we know that we dont have the power to overcome the atmosphere. And another reason is , the soul when it focuses on any person or  object or situation, it loses its awareness and become that object. So, it is always to go away from the person or situation until we gain power over us, being in self  awareness even in worst situations.  

Sixth, due to a lack of the avyakt, angelic stage you fail when you come into any feeling of good or bad things: Because we dont experience God's bliss or bliss of our  own soul, we get influenced by the five senses, sense attractions, thoughts, objects etc. Once we understand exactly what is the sweet nature of avyakt, angelic stage,  then it is easy to remain detached from external good or bad things. Otherwise, we lose our self awareness of bliss (supersensuous joy) and get lost in external  happiness which ultimately leads to sorrow. 

If we are  in avyakt or angelic stage, we never get attracted to the five senses or external objects even if it gives lot of happiness or even if it is so much  beautiful or so much loving and caring. We always remain stuck or keep experiencing our internal happiness. Whenver we get attracted to external good or happiness,  then we will lose that gooness or happiness in very near future and become sad. Being in avyakt stage means, you remain aware of blissful self(and God combined) and  never attracted to thoughts (good and bad).

Seventh, you are not so content with your pilgrimage of remembrance: We are not content because we dont know the right method and we dont know what we are doing. We do  practice but without knowing what we are practicing. If we know the method, it becomes easy. 

Even if we dont know the method, we can still remain content if we have the same intoxication of God's love and service which we had during our younger days when we  got newly introduced to Baba.

3. now sit in solitude at amrit vela, and solve each of the seven things one by one, and then churn about how they are merged in your day's activity, and then extract  the butter, that is, the essence and exchange views amongst yourselves.

practise each lesson for a week and put it into a practical form.  So what will happen by revising it?  Success will easily and clearly be visible closely.  So you  will automatically become elevated.  

Churning: We learn not by listening or reading. Being in solitude, we understand by being our own teacher. Another way of saying is, we keep listening, reading, doing  but we never practice or we never experience or we never give time for us to understand. And all this practice, experience, understanding happens only when we remain  in solitude and give time for ourself to practice, understand. We need to be our own teacher instead of expecting others to teach. WE should draw a line where I spend  time for myself without any distraction from external people or world.

4. In order to become great, first, you have to consider yourself to be a guest in the old world.  Second, whatever thoughts or actions you perform, keep the great  contrast in your intellect and then have those thoughts or perform those actions.  Third, continue to praise the virtues and the elevated task of the Father and the  divine family.  First, a guest, second, the great contrast and third, the praise: if you continue to think about these three things, then the seven weaknesses will  finish.

Churning: Guest is nothing but being a Trustee, by which we are able to apply full stop to the thoughts immediately and become self-aware in a second. Keeping the  contrast is to keep the contrast of whatever I do, I do it with self-awareness,not just becoming automatic lost in 5 senses and external objects.Praising the virtue  happens naturally when we remain in the Bliss of God's love. And to remain in God's love constantly, there is the method to become egoless and humble.

5. Because of not considering yourself to be a guest, you become attracted by any form or company and your attention is drawn to it.  By keeping the great contrast in  front of you, there can never be any trace or progeny of body consciousness or anger.  Third, by praising the virtues and the task of the Father and each soul, you  will not come into any ill feeling due to any situation or any person.  And by constantly singing praise of the virtues and the task, the discontentment of the  pilgrimage of remembrance will easily change into constant remembrance.  Constantly keep these three words in your awareness and you will become powerful.  Then your  vision, your attitude, your awareness and the atmosphere will all be transformed. 

Churning: It starts with vision. If we see through eyes, we get into problem. So, try to see through 3rd eye. By seeing through 3rd eye, the attitude is spiritual with  good feelings and good wishes, with 3rd eye you see with unlimited awareness, and with all these, the atmosphere remains always loving and beneficial without creating  ill feelings even if the external situation seems to be bad.

6. Now, you have experienced that no matter how beautiful an idol in a temple may be, how beautifully decorated it may be, your vision does not become mischievous  towards its beauty and beautiful decoration even the slightest, even in your thoughts.  However, if you see any attractiveness or any beauty in any cinema or any such  books, or if you even see a hoarding, then your vision and attitude become mischievous.  Why?  Even the idols have that attraction.  The idols also have that beauty in  their decoration and in their features.  Even then, why does your vision and attitude become mischievous?  Keep both these images in front of yourself and on either  side of you, and in one second, as you go to that side, the attitude becomes mischievous, and by going to the other side, the attitude becomes pure.  What is the  reason for this purity and impurity?  Awareness.  You have the awareness that this one is a goddess, and so the awareness makes your vision and your attitude pure.   But when you have the awareness that this one is a female, then that awareness pulls your vision and attitude towards impurity.  There, you see the form, whereas on  the other side, you see the spirituality.  You must have had this experience in the past, have you not? 

Churning: When we are lost in God's love or when we are self-aware or when we remain combined with the nature of self and God experienced together (sat-chit-anand), we  never get attracted to the five senses or external objects. And hence, we can constantly remain pure.

7. And so, in order to finish this, whenever you see anything anywhere, whenver you are speaking to anyone, what should you have in your awareness?  To consider that  one to be a soul is the first stage, but whilst performing actions, whilst coming into connection and relationship, have the awareness that these living images are the  living form of the images of the non-living deities.  So by having the form of a deity in your awareness, just as you do not have the slightest thought of impurity or  attraction for the body of the non-living images, in the same way, by having this awareness for the living images, you will not have this complaint even in your  thoughts, and you will become complete.

Churning: When we are focused on internal happiness and bliss, it becomes easy to see the external person in a divine manner as a soul or a deity.

18.7.71 Avyakt Murli Points and Churning

1.Do you experience both will power and controlling power in yourself?  Because both these powers are extremely necessary for your own effort and for the progress of  all other souls.  If you do not have controlling power and will power in your own self, then you do not have the power to make others will something.  You are then not  able to make others control their wasteful thoughts or their wasteful behaviour. 

Churning: Will power means to surrender. Surrendering everything to God helps in keeping our mind/soul free from thoughts. 

2.Will power means that whatever you do, either through your thoughts, words or actions, it should always be willed to the Father, that is, it should be offered to the  Father.  

Churning: The purpose of offering is to realize self. When we are able to apply full stop to the thoughts through offering whatever that had happened to God, we get  back to our original natural nature of soul consciousness. And from soul consciousness, it becomes easy to get lost in love of God.

3. you need controlling power.  You should be able to stabilise yourself, that is, your stage wherever you wish.  It should not be that you sit to stabilise your stage  in Baba's remembrance, but instead, you have wasteful thoughts or your stage fluctuates, or that you do not have any controlling power.  In less than one second, you  should be able to stabilise your thoughts wherever you wish.  If you are not able to stabilise your own stage, how will you make others stabilise in the stage of soul  consciousness?

Churning: By applying full stop to thoughts, and when we are self aware, it becomes easy to focus wherever we want. Here self awareness is most important. When we  understand the difference between consciousness/self awareness and thoughts (that are like clouds), it becomes easy to stabilize in self awareness and when we remain  self aware or when we remain self aware most of the time (without forgetting our own self), it becomes easy to focus on wherever we want.

4. Whatever actions you perform, if you continue to see the great contrast between pure and impure, truth and falsehood, the difference between awareness and  forgetfullness, the difference between the wasteful and the powerful, then your intellect is automatically controlled.

Churning: Lord Buddha, Christ, Gibrael and all those founders of religion, when they appear for the first time on earth / in the body of King Siddharth or Christ or  Guru Nanak or Prophet Mohammed they remain karm-ateet or thought-ateet, free from bondages of thoughts or actions. In this murli Baba even mentions thoughts or karma.  Infact, thoughts are karma, our past thoughts that brings sadness, fear, worries are in fact our karmic bondages. Otherwise, even if the body is ill, we would not  suffer.

Whenever we are aware of every action, every movement, every thinking, being self aware, it becomes easy to understand the great contrast of pure and impure, truth and  falsehood, awareness and forgetfulness, waste and powerful.

So, the most important is to be self - aware to constantly remain aware of all the contrasts. In other words, we need to remain a witness from morning till night.  Every moment we have to use our will power to surrender every thought, feelings, interactions, sense responses in order to remain self-aware.

5. the great mantra is Baba's remembrance, that is, to constantly stabilise your intellect on Baba, on Baba's activities and Baba's virtues.  So by having the great  mantra in the intellect, that is, by having the connection of the intellect with the Power House, you will have will power.

Churning: To remember Baba constantly or naturally, we should remember Baba with refined intellect ( with feelings of bliss, love - being sat-chit-anand) instead of  gross intellect ( with thoughts of visualization or imagination or talking or chatting or listening to songs). It is not that we should not do otherwise but it is easy  and constant when we remember Baba with refined intellect.

Refined intellect means, to become self aware and remember Baba along with self awareness. Here self awareness means applying full stop to thoughts and becoming a  witness and then get lost in peace, love and bliss that are natural to us known as atindriya sukh (supersensous joy). In this joy, soul and Baba both remain combined  in a very natural way. Both remain in the form of sat-chit-anand.

6. When you wake up in the early morning hours of nectar, and stay on the pilgrimage of remembrance or have a heart-to-heart conversation, what is your form at that  time?  That of a child and a master.  When you have a heart-to-heart conversation, you remember the form of a child, and when you become the embodiment of experience  of the pilgrimage of remembrance, you have the form of being a master.  So at amrit vela, you have the form of a child and master.  Then, what form do you have?  That  of a Godly student life.  And then the third form is that of a server.  Do you continue to perform your activities whilst adopting all these three forms throughout the  day?

Churning: Amritvela and even other times, we may experience bliss and love of God. And another experience is of deep silence. In today's murli, Baba has said even  silence is yoga. So, One is to experience bliss (being a child- egoless-humble) and another is to experience of being a Master (being unlimited in silence awareness  with very deep silence free from the limited physical awareness). 

Being a master is to get charged like a mobile phone, connected to the power house. and being a child is using the phone even whilst being charged. The more we  practice these 2 stages, we will be able to maintain both the stage together even whilst performing action. But it is maintained only till we lose our self awareness.

Our soul or consciousness is such that whatever it looks or focuses, it will get lost to it. Like the rain water, wherever it falls, it become like that.It takes its  nature and form. The spiritual effort is to come back to our natural nature without getting lost in physical world or thoughts but to detach (become self aware) and  get attached (lost in love of God) to the Divine.

7. At the end of the day, at the time of going to sleep, your stage is that of checking yourself and as well as that, you have the stage of going beyond sound.  

If there are any accounts of your karma or your thoughts of the whole day, you should settle them.  Do not keep anything as a debt for the next day.  Otherwise, it  takes the form of a sickness and makes the intellect weak.  Settle your accounts daily and begin a new day with a new awareness.  When you keep the accounts of your  actions and thoughts clear in this way, you will become perfect and the image of success.  

With will power and controlling power, you should keep your register clean every day.  Nothing should accumulate.

So with the power of silence, are you not able to clear your register every day?  This is why it is said: Who can be loved by the Father, by God and who can be loved  by the deities?  Those who have honesty and cleanliness are loved by God and are also loved by the people.  And they even love their own selves. 

Churning: In fact, we have to keep our register clean every moment, and in every second. It is all about keeping our soul (sun) constantly clear from thoughts (passing  clouds) so that we can keep our aura or energy unlimited (like unlimited rays of sun) covering up the whole universe. One moment come into thoughts/action and next  moment become free from thoughts/actions.

Will power is to surrender all our thoughts to God in every moment to come back to self-awareness. Controlling power is achieved when we have will power/surrender and  become self aware. Will power helps to become self-aware. And self-awareness helps in having control over thoughts. Will power helps to remain detached from the  physical world and thoughts and  self awareness with controlling power helps to focus on God and His quaities to experience bliss.

When we focus on third eye / soul and see through soul / 3rd eye, we have full 100% attention. And this happens when we are able to keep our mind free from any  attachment to thoughts being a witness. Being a witness,it becomes easy and natural to stabilize/focus on Baba and His Divine Nature, to remain combined.

2.7.70 Avyakt Murli Main points and Churning

1.Do you consider yourselves to be the forms of love and power?

The eyes of the shaktis are always the embodiment of love, but to the extent that they are the image of love, they are also fearsome to the same extent.  They (the  shaktis) can make anyone the embodiment of love in one second, and they can even destroy something in one second.  So in the same way, do you see both virtues in  yourselves?  

Churning: When our mind (thoughts) and Intellect become cool and calm, we start experiencing feelings of love, peace, tolerance etc. 

One is to experience love and peace through mind. Other is to experience love and peace through self awareness. 

When we know the difference between consciousness and thoughts, we can stabilize in consciousness /self awareness free from the influence/bondage of thoughts. And when  we remain self aware free from the influence of thoughts/mind, there is natural peace and love that is experienced without any influence of five senses and the sixth  sense called thoughts/mind. And this peace and love is the real forms of love and power. And it is also called Atindriya sukh - bliss or sweet silence experienced  beyond the five senses + One mind (thoughts) = six senses.

When we remain self aware, we have full control of thoughts, and hence we can stop any vicious thoughts of self or others by becoming embodiment of self-awareness,  that too in a second.

2. The form of love is visible, whereas the form of power is incognito.  So when will you reveal that fearsome form?  
Just as you yourselves are imperishable, in the same way, it is impossible for you to be touched by Maya and be destroyed.  It is impossible for those who are  imperishable to move along with the waves of Maya (thoughts).  It is impossible for those who remain in the imperishable stage to become subservient to any form of  Maya (thoughts), just as you would say that that is impossible for BapDada. 

3. Nowadays, scientists have progressed so much that even whilst sitting somewhere, they can bring about destruction through their weapons in one second.  In the same  way, is the power of silence of the shaktis not able to work in one second, no matter where they may be sitting?  There should be no need for you to go anywhere, or  for anyone to come to you.  You can bring souls in front of you by attracting them with your pure thoughts.  There is no need for you to physically go somewhere and  make effort.  Now, you will also see such an impact.  Just as you were told by the corporeal form to shoot the arrow in such a way that the bird comes to you together  with the arrow, so, this will now happen through your will power.  Which light spreads the furthest?  That of a lighthouse.  So you now have to become a lighthouse and  a searchlight.  

Churning: Being self aware, it is easy to be detached from thoughts and remain an embodiment of silence. The more we remain an embodiment of silence, our aura or pran  shakti or silence power keep expanding more and more to the extent that it can encompass the whole universe. And in that deep silence we remain connected with Baba and  souls of the world. In that deep silence, free from limited body awareness, we become unlimited in awareness and naturally those who need power receive powers  according to their need.

4. Only those who can search themselves can become a searchlight.  The more you can search yourself, to that extent you will become a searchlight.  If you are not able  to search yourself, you will not be able to become a searchlight.  Now, that time has come.  Now, you must not just be powerful, but you must have will power and wide  power.  Will power and wide power, that is, your vision and attitude should be on the unlimited level.  So, what will you now add?  You have power, but now you need  will power and wide power.  

Churning: By searching my own self by detaching from the bondages of thoughts, being self aware, we become powerful with the practice of deep silence. 

More we remain self aware, the waste thoughts get reduced and the soul becomes more concentrated and focused. And in that deep silence, with concentrated awareness  free from the distraction of thoughts (created by the pull of 5 senses, intellect, mind, worldly news, objects, images, relatives), being constantly embodiment of  sweet silence/power, whatever thoughts/intentions we create, it becomes will power (with complete surrender/will of all other distractions/pulls).

The more we remain free from the awareness of physical body, we remain unlimited in awareness (of deep silence/pran shakti) known as wide power.

5. Only when you have unlimited disinterest can you do service of the unlimited.  You should not have attachment anywhere.  You must not have attachment to yourself  either, let alone attachment to others. 

Some have a bondage tied by a thin rope, but even then, it would still be said to be a bondage.  There is one or another type of weak or strong thread.  Even a bondage  of weak thread would still be called a bondage.  It is just that they will not take long, whereas those who have a bondage tied by thick rope will take a longer time  and also need to make greater effort. All of you know yourselves anyway as to whether you have a bondage of thick rope or thin rope; as to whether it is weak thread or  strong, as to whether you are in bondage or whether you are free.  The meaning of being free means to be clear.  

Churning: Unlimited disinterest happens when we have will/surrender power. To surrender all thoughts, pull of senses, worldly attractions, etc means to have detachment  from bondages of thoughts. When we remain detached from bondages of thoughts, then we can experience self awareness. And being self aware, we can remain detached from  our own physical body awareness. 

Until we become detached from physical consciousness of I am so and so, I am this, I am that, I am good, I am bad, etc. we cannot stabilize in self awareness of bliss,  peace, power and inner smile. So, self awareness leads to unlimited awareness and also helps to remain connected with God.

6. The more you have BapDada's name on your lips, to that extent, there will be your name on everyone's lips. 

Churning: The more we remain free from ego/consciousness of self, more we remain connected with Baba and souls of the world in a subtle way, in an unlimited way  through the unlimited consciousness. 

The sun remains in one place but it rays are connected to the whole universe. Similarly Baba and souls are just point of lights. But the consciousness is always  unlimited connected to the whole universe. But this unlimited awareness is experienced only when we remain detached from the physical awareness of I and Mine. The more  we connect with Baba through heart (feelings of sat-chit-anand), not through mind (thoughts), more we remain connected with souls at subconscious level and hence we  are easily remembered by the souls of the world.

1. Just as you open your mouth when you wish and close it when you wish, in the same way, do you think your practice is such that you can make your intellect work when  you wish and make it stop working when you wish?  

If you have this practice firmly, you will be able to make your stage strong.  This is the method to make your stage progress.  

Churning: 
Whether it is mind or intellect, it refers to thoughts. If we become self aware, then it is easy to control thoughts. Control thoughts means to remain free  from bondages of thoughts.

In fact, there is nothing called mind and mind cannot think on its own. Soul + Thoughts = Mind. The real creator of thoughts is soul. When we know I am the creator of  thoughts, then we gain control over thoughts and we have a controlled mind.

Unless we gain control over thoughts, we cannot overcome the 5 vices


2. Achcha, for how long do you remain in the avyakt stage throughout the day?  Baba is not asking about the seed stage, but for how do long you stay in the avyakt  stage?  

Churning: Avyakt stage is infact the stage called by scriptures as Turiyateet stage - Blissful stage, lost in love of God being humble (egoless) doing all activity,  loving but remaining detached.This is also known as highest stage in scriptures.

Seed stage is the stage where we become completely silent being unlimited in awareness. This seed stage is to be experience every one hour atleast for a minute to re- charge ourselves. Even in amritvela we can experience this powerful stage.

But in avyakt stage, we have to even renounce this powers of seed stage, becoming humble and pleasing in interactions with each other. 

The seed stage is known as Turiya stage in scriptures.

According to Baba, there has to be balance in both avyakt stage and seed stage. 

By more practice, we will find that both the stage happen together in our day to day actions.It becomes more refined that we may not be able to differentiate Seed  stage and Avyakt stage. There will be deep silence along with Bliss of God's remembrance. And this can also be known as Sweet silence (combination of bliss and  silence).


3. Do you have the method in your intellect of creating this stage over a longer period of time?  If you have the method, then why isn't there any progress?  What is  the reason for this?  Although the complete knowledge of the method is clear in your intellect, there is still one thing you do not know how to do, due to which there  isn't any progress, even though you have knowledge about it. 

The one aspect you do not know is that, whereas you know how to create expansion and to go into expansion, the practice of packing and merging the expansion is  lacking.  You know how to go into the expansion of knowledge, but the practice of merging the expansion of knowledge and becoming the embodiment of knowledge, the  seed-form, is lacking. 

Churning: The practice of packing and merging the expansion is possible when we are able to detach from thoughts and know my self as I am. Being a witness to the  thoughts, when I always remain self aware, it becomes easy to pack and merge the expansion of thoughts. When I am not self aware in my thinking or actions, it becomes  difficult to control or pack the expansion. Because without self awareness, we get lost in thoughts and actions.


4. The essence is very small, whereas that from which you extract the essence is a great expansion.  So you need to have very good sense and you must also know how to  extract the essence.  Although some have a lot of sense, they do not know how to stabilise themselves in the form of the essence.  So the practice of both is needed. 

Churning: Practice of both avyakt and seed stage is important. Because, only by the practice of seed stage, or deep silence we can experience avyakt stage. Deep  silence is like the charging of mobile battery. Unless it is charged, you keep losing energy being in avyakt stage. 


5. Learn how to merge and pack up.  You have to merge your old sanskars.  Make a promise or stay on a fast for this.  

Churning: To completely get rid of waste thoughts, lot of deep awareness is required on self. Like if I am getting anger or fear, it happens because it is there within  me. It never happens because of external situations. And when we sit in silence and anlayse, we will find the cause of all anger, fear, worry that is going on in my  mind (thoughts that i have stored since my childhood to till this current age) and I have to educate myself to accept,love and forgive with Baba's knowledge to get rid  of past habits or sanskars that never allows me to merge and pack up.


6. Why should there only be two hours of remembrance of the Father?  If you have only two hours of remembrance of Baba, what did you do for the rest of the time?  Do  you have love for Baba or for Maya?  The one for whom you have love, that is, with whom you have connection, you will definitely make your sanskars the same as that  one.  Someone comes into connection with someone else on the basis of harmony in their sanskars.  So if you have love for the Father, and you even have a connection  with Him, then why are your sanskars not like His?  Then BapDada would say that you have love for Maya.  What would you say if you had love for Baba for two hours and  love for Maya for twenty-two hours?  Even whilst doing service, do not let go of your love and connection.  

Churning: For this we have to keep our self awareness constant whilst doing all actions. When we dont have self awareness, soul gets easily lost in thoughts, feelings,  emotions, actions, people. Constant attention on self awareness is required. And to know self, to remain self-aware, we should know how to remain detached from  thoughts.


7. There is a song: Neither will He be separated from us, nor will we experience any sorrow....  If you do not become separated from one another, how can your love be  removed?  So it should be constant.

Churning: Every moment, we need to be self aware, so that I, soul can use thoughts for one moment and can get detached from thoughts in the next moment to get lost in  love of God.


8. Angels are never attracted by the earth.  They just come and go.  Once their task is accomplished, they do not stay here any more.  You have taken the support of  the corporeal in order to carry out a task, so as soon as that task is finished, you should become avyakt in one second.  If you have this practice, you will be called  angels.  Achcha.

Churning: Becoming avyakt in a moment is easy and very much possible. But for this first I should know the difference between Consciousness and thoughts. When I know I  am consciousness and thoughts are just like clouds appear and disappear, then it becomes easy to remain avyakt using thoughts when required and get detached from  thoughts when not required.


9. Others will have a vision through you.  When you used to come in front of the corporeal form, the desires of each of you were fulfilled according to your love and  devotion.  In the same way, second by second, many will have visions and experiences through you.  When you show your angelic form you will become such images that  grant visions.  Whoever comes in front of you should not be able to see your body, but should be able to see a form of light as if in the subtle region.  He will not  just have a vision of the light of the forehead, but of light throughout the whole body.  When he sees nothing but light, he will become the form of light.  Achcha.

Churning: When we remain self aware, we remain detached from consciousness of physical body. In 1969 murli, Baba says even when they hear your voice, they should feel  it as Aakaash vani, as if the sound is coming from an empty space.This happens when we remain self aware detached from thoughts and just use thoughts as per the need.


10. When you have a clean and honest heart, your desires are fulfilled.  The cleaner your heart is, the more automatically your desires are fulfilled. 

Finish the old sanskars of the recent past and allow the oldest sanskars of the deities to emerge.  When you do not keep your original form in front of you, you are  not able to finish your habits.  Achcha. 

Churning: Even in scriptures, it is said, when a person focus on third eye, whatever he desires will get fulfilled. When there is self awareness, naturally we remain  focused on self and Self is the creator. Whatever intention or thought a pure consciousness desires will get fulfilled because there is no distraction or pull from the  five senses, physical body, intellect, mind, past sanskars.  It is like a paper gets burned immediately instantly when focused by a convex lens. And this happens due  to the focused undistracted concentration - attention.
