Essence: Sweet children, wake up early in the morning and definitely say “Good morning” to Shiv Baba (Benefactor God-Father). As soon as you wake up, let there be remembrance of Shiv Baba and not of any bodily being.
Question: Which contract can no one except the Father take?
Answer: The contract of making the world pure can only be the Father’s contract. No one else can take this contract. Certainly, sannyasis become pure and sustain this world, but they cannot take the contract of making the world pure. The Father shows you children the method to become pure. Children, remember the one Father while carrying out your business etc. Connect your intellect’s yoga to the one Father.

The God-Father speaks to the spiritual children. This is the unlimited night and day which people never understand. Children must remember the God-Father with lot of love, considering yourself as a soul, during early morning hours, can say Good morning and speak to Him – churn the knowledge, so that there will be happiness.
Father says, children you have sins of so many births in your head, it never gets removed because you never remain in remembrance of God-Father.The unlimited Father has come and meets you during this unlimited morning.
Peoplenever understand about God until He Himself comes and explains about Him. If you remember the God, the mercury of happiness would increase.
Those who have the ghost of anger, lust, greed, how can they remember the God-Father? People get so much attached to the name and form.They get entangled in the body consciousness. Shiv Baba (Benefactor Father) says, remain in household and keep remembering the most Beloved Father, then you would reach the stage of karmateet (free from bondage of actions). The most important is of remembrance of God-Father. Without remembrance, soul never becomes pure, never attain elevated status.
If you don’t remain in remembrance of God-Father, how can the bondages-burden of sins be removed? You had been in body consciousness for half of the world cycle and hence it becomes difficult to become soul conscious. Deities(human beings with divine virtues) remain in soul consciousness in golden age. Although they never know about God-Father, they know that they leave one body and take another.
Now, you children know that how each soul has their role to play. You are the most and best actors in this world drama. Although you do a lot of service, keep thinking about service, still, the most important is to remember the God-Father with lot of love so that the sins are removed, can remember God saying Good morning to Him.
You must be strong, the serviceable children remain in intoxication of God’s love.They never fall down. Doing your duties, you have to remember the God-Father, you must say Good morning to the God-Father.
Young ones get entangled in name and form (attachment) and lose their respect. Later they become matured and become children of Allah. People have turned their face against God by saying God is present everywhere. Sanyasis keep worshipping themselves, those who follow the sanyasis cannot be called as followers because the ones who renounce everything can be called as real followers of sanyasis. Sanyasis never stop others from worshipping them.
The most important is to become pure. God says, I have taken the contract to make the souls pure. I never stop until the pure world is created. No other get this contract, you have been calling Me, the Contractor to purify the world. Only I can receive this contract. Only I can create the pure world none others. Every world cycle, I come and finish this contract.
Sanyasis has got the contract to maintain the purity of the Bharat –India because Bharat is the most pure land which is known as Heaven. In heaven the deities remain completely virtuous of 16celestial degrees. People of other countries never remember deities. People like the Lord Krishna, the most.
You children must have attention to remain pure, the obstacles-vices-maya tries to make you impure, not allow you to remain in remembrance of God-Father. Shiv Baba (Benefactor Father) says, get rid of all the ghosts. Get rid of the ghost of body consciousness. We are souls and we have to become very sweet. Father says, keep forgetting all the bodily relations including your own body (by seeing everyone as a soul including the self). Remember Me.
Let the hand perform the actions and the intellect remember Me all the time. I am the ancient Beloved. I come at this time to make you spiritual lovers. You receive the inheritance of heaven from the God-Father, so say Good Morning to Him everyday, remember Him. The more you remember the God-Father, that much your sins will be removed, the body consciousness will go away.Then you will not have any other attraction other than remembering the God with a lot of love. You have to make effort to become karmateet – free from bondage of action.
You must have lot of love for the God-Father. Sleep early in the night and wake up early in the morning and remember the God-Father saying Good morning to Him. This spiritual income will help you birth after birth, there is nothing more worthy than this spiritual income. You must not have any type of ghosts, even the ghost of anger.The attachment is also worse. To the extent possible sit in remembrance of God-Father and become pure. Like God is the Ocean of knowledge, you children must also become like Him. But the Ocean is always one but there can be many rivers.
Anger is the second number enemy. (first is the lust). It creates a great loss. It burns each other.Even the greed burns each other.The ghost of attachment destroys everything. Because of attachment, souls remember their physical children instead of God-Father. Those who are free from attachment remain in an unshakeable state of mind.

To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada (combined form of Supreme Father and Adam-Brahma-Krishna), the spiritual Father says Namaste to the spiritual Children. Spiritual Children say Namaste to the Spiritual Father.
Essence for dharna:
1. Together with doing service well, remember Baba (God-Father) with a lot of love from the depths of your heart. As soon as you wake up in the morning, say, “Baba, good morning” with a lot of love. Practise staying in remembrance even while performing actions.
2. Don’t become trapped in the name and form of any bodily being. Maintain thoughts of knowledge. Don’t speak about wasteful matters.
Blessing: May you be a worthy teacher and make the seed of every deed fruitful.
A worthy teacher is one who becomes an embodiment of the teachings because the easiest method of giving teachings is to give that through your being an embodiment of them. Such souls would give teachings through their every step. Their every word would not just be a word but an elevated version. The seed of their every deed would be fruitful; it would not go to waste. The thoughts of such worthy teachers enable souls to claim a right to the new world.
Slogan: Remain stable in the stage of manmanabhav (rest your mind on God alone) and you will experience supersensuous joy and sweetness of the mind.
