Does Mind Really Exist?
In Psychology, we have learned
about Conscious mind, Sub Conscious mind and Un-Conscious mind.
When thoughts are created by Consciousness
using intellect, we call it as mind.
In fact, there is nothing called
as mind which exists as a separate entity. We fight against a non-existing mind
which is just a shadow of our own Consciousness. It is said, it is difficult to
control mind because you cannot win a fight with your own shadow. If you want
to control your shadow, you have to control yourself. We cannot win over the
non-existing mind.
The Creator, Controller and the
user of thoughts is Me, the Consciousness through the intellect.
One is to be Self Aware or Self
Conscious and then create thoughts. Another is to become careless and keep
creating thoughts without any attention or conscious control.
Our thoughts are subtle energies.
If we use it consciously through our Intellect, our every thought becomes
useful and beneficial. And it saves our more subtle energy known as spiritual
energy. It also reduces the chemical reactions that take place in our brain and
body.
If we keep creating thoughts
without our conscious control, then those thoughts are called as waste
thoughts, un-necessary and unproductive thoughts. It consumes our precious Life
Energy leading to many neurotic disorders like anxiety, fear, depression and
becomes one of the cause for stress related
Non-Communicable diseases like Hyper Tension, Stroke, Heart Diseases,
Cancer, Diabetes and addictions combined with Unhealthy Life style.

What is the power of Sub Conscious mind?
Habits are created by repetition
of thoughts using affirmations or by behavior like learning driving. It stores
information in our long term memory known as subconscious or unconscious mind.
It is a process of creating new neural pathways in our brain, something like
programming a Robot or a Computer. Most of our instinctual behaviors like fight
and flight responses take place from this level of memory.
But being a human being we should
learn to unleash the power of self-Consciousness and live more consciously in
our day to day life, if we have to lead a happy, healthy and blissful life.
