Essence: Sweet children, promise yourself that you will become very sweet, look at everyone with the vision of happiness and love and do not become trapped in anyone’s name or form.
Question: What is the result of yoga? What are the signs of those who are powerful yogis?
Answer: The result of yoga is that all your physical senses become completely peaceful and cool. Firm yogi children are those whose physical senses don’t cause any mischief at all. Their vision is not drawn even slightly to any bodily being. Sweet children, you are no longer young, you are now in your stage of retirement.

Sweet sweet spiritual children listened to the song, you must churn on this, you must be happy that the new world – golden age is being established, which repeats in every cycle. You listen to the same knowledge what you heard 5000 years before.
In devotion, you use to dance and go around to different places, here it is the dance of intellect-knowledge, there you have to make a lot of effort. There is, certainly, effort to remember the Father, children fail sometimes in remembrance.
The most important is you must not get entangled in any one’s name or form, people get entangled due to lust. You have to know yourself as soul, you came alone and have to go alone. You must get rid of the body consciousness, many get entangled in name and form. Yours is an incognito effort.
Now the golden age is going to come once again. You have to light the soul by dying alive to the past. The light is taken care that it never goes off. In temples, they try to light physical lamp-fire and see that it never extinguishes (which is the memorial to be in soul consciousness).
Father comes in Bharat, Father loves all children but He comes only in Bharat. If Sri Krishna’s name would not have mentioned (in gita of Ved Vyas), all would have remembered only One Incorporeal God. Sri Krishna is being worshipped in many temples.
For you, there is nothing more sweeter than God. It is the praise of being incorporeal (bodiless) that God is abhogta (one who never takes food). People make effort for so many days and fail. The time left out is very little, when you have problem, you remember the God, other times you don’t remember God (but it has to be constant).
Father is the Benefactor (of all souls), by this yog (remembrance), you get rid of all sorrows. Children remember the one who removes sorrows to become pure, the most important is to become pure. The more you remember, that much physical senses will become cool and peaceful.
Check for yourself how much my sense organs have become peaceful and cool. If you are a strong-good yogi, he remains always in retirement stage.You feel that you are in retirement stage even now, even if you are younger.
The lust is the great enemy. Check yourself if the sense organs-physical senses are cool, and become sweet, you will feel that how much sweet you have become than before. Father is the Ocean of love and makes you the master of love, if you give sorrow to any one, you leave the body (die) in sorrow.
You fill your apron with lot of treasures of knowledge from God. Check yourself how much you imbibe and share the treasures of knowledge, the most valuable treasure is manmanabhav (rest the mind on God). Guru makes disciples like him, God-Father also makes you like Him, the more you benefit others, that much blessings, you would receive.
One child cannot go everywhere, those who feel that they can speak well must go around centres and do service by which even others learn about it. This service is more benefitting, Only God is the liberator, you have to take time from job and do service, you have to become very merciful, you give life to others, no one has such an elevated knowledge to donate others. When you have a thought, you must visit centres and create interest-hope among others.
Father makes everyone’s life like a diamond, and you must make others life like a diamond. This body is made of five elements, how can you worship-remember the elements, which can be called as the worship of spirits-boodh(ghost)? God is incorporeal, Only the ever-pure incorporeal Supreme soul God has to be worshipped-remembered.
To transform the life of others, make them like yours is the most elevated service. If you have pictures of deities (who are completely virtuous), you will remember that you are being transformed like them by the God-Father.
Remember the God-Father of all souls and you will become like Him (very sweet and completely virtuous). Keep doing service, the five elements will become pure. The most important is of remembrance, check if your mind goes towards vices-vicious actions, those who do-make effort, that much they attain. Whether God (or others) sees you or not, (the soul sees itself) check if you are doing Godly service, if there is any vice remain within, get it removed.
For you, you have received One direction of one Father, remember Me, become pure in thoughts, words and actions, you serve India-Bharat by your health wealth and mind. I come only in Bharat, you do service to make Bharat into heaven.
You never go in to vice, you never fire any bullets, by physical weapons people never attain kingdom – golden age, you rule the kingdom by the power of yog-remembrance. If christians get together, they can rule the world, but it cannot happen, it is not in the law, now whatever they have taken from India-Bharat, will be given back to you.
The effort is in remembrance. Receive your inheritance, you must not become tired in this.

To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada (combined form of Supreme Father and Adam-Brahma), the spiritual Father says Namaste to the spiritual Children. Spiritual Children say Namaste to the Spiritual Father.
Essence for dharna:
1. Forget everything else and donate knowledge. Become rup and basant. Make effort to remove your weaknesses. Don’t look at others.
2. Make your nature very sweet. Look at everyone with the vision of love. Don’t cause anyone sorrow. Become a conqueror of your physical senses.
Blessing: May you stay away from any influence of bad company and receive the fortune of being constantly close to the Father and pass with honour.
If you like to remain close to the Father, then remain distant from the influence of bad company. Many types of attractions will come in the form of a paper but you must not be attracted. There are many type of influences of bad company – waste thoughts, the company of thoughts of Maya’s attraction, the company of bodily relations, the company of words, the company (influence) of food, the company of actions. Those who protect themselves from these influences (by being lost in love of One God) pass with honours.
Slogan: Become angels and the Father Himself will become your canopy of protection in adverse situations.
For service through the mind: Do not go into expansion of any situation, but make it short. Continue to make your business activities short from the expansion and the power of your mind will become powerful and you will attain success in service.
