Essence: Sweet children, there is just one way to become pure - remembrance of the Father. Only the effort of remembrance will be useful at the end.
Question: What tilak should you apply at the confluence age so that you receive the tilak of the kingdom in the golden age?
Answer: At the confluence age, apply the tilak of being a soul, a point, and not a body. Continue to make it firm within yourself that you are a soul and that you have to claim your inheritance from the Father. "Baba (God-Father) is a point and I am also a point". With this tilak you will attain the tilak of the kingdom of heaven. Baba says: If you remember Me, I guarantee that you will be saved from crying for half the cycle.
Sweet Children,
You must have desire (interest) to remember the Father so that you can become pure. Whatever the effort fall in this, seems to be not possible to attain by the children. Maya-vices disturbs you a lot, makes you forget the remembrance of One Father. Instead of the Father, you remember someone else. You do not remember the Beloved Father, you must remember such a beloved Father at the least for 8hours and give such service. This is the greatest effort. It is there in the Gita as Manmanabhav. Whilst moving along, remember the Father, nothing else is more important. Only remembrance helps you at the end. Know yourself as a soul, and now you have to make this effort. Early morning, take bath and sit in solitude in a hall or on terrace. The more you remain in solitude, that much it is good.
Always know that you have to remember the Father and become pure. Every world cycle, after every 5000years, you have to do this effort only in this confluence age, not in any other ages of golden, silver, copper and iron ages. Now, it is the early morning hours-confluence age, only at this time Father comes, you know about Him number-wise.
Ravan – vices is very clever. Every day keep the chart of remembrance, check how long you remember the Father, how much your sins are removed. Everything depends upon the remembrance. Children must do their effort to make complete effort to take complete inheritance, to become deity from human beings.
Now, you know, you must become 16celestial degree virtuous, you become that by remembering the Father. Father says, you do your daily work, but you must remember the Father certainly otherwise you get deceived by Ravan-vices.
You must remember the Shiv Baba (Benefactor Father), forget the body and bodily beings (looking everyone as a soul) and consider yourself as a soul. Father explains repeatedly, know yourself as a soul and remember the Father. Otherwise, you will be deceived a lot at the end, you become ugly in some or other way. Father has come to make you beautiful, people make you ugly in one or other way, only the Father makes you beautiful, makes you the master of kingdom. Father comes to make you pure.
Children ask about the job, Father says, I am not concerned about the jobs, whatever you want to do to maintain the body, you must do them.
The effort you do by doing charity, walking on fire, all these will not help you other than the remembrance of the One Father. It is a very simple method. It is known as easy effort.
Check yourselves, how long you make effort, if you do any sinful action in dreams. In day time many sins takes place. You must make effort when you come here (to Mount Abu), you must remove all worldly thoughts, otherwise you spoil the atmosphere. Sometimes you remember the land, guru or child. Those who do not make effort create obstacles. This is very subtle. You know about this only at this time, you will not know about it at any other time in this world cycle. You become carefree for half the cycle.
There is a lot of difference between the desire of physical father and the spiritual Father. In devotion, devotees remember the Father a lot. In golden and silver ages, no one remembers the God-Father, you were provided with lot of happiness.
You know that you will come in soul world and heaven. If you remember Me, whatever alloys of copper, silver and iron present in you will be removed (to become pure gold). Those who are true effort makers understand it clearly. Everything depends upon the remembrance.
Father repeats, Remember Me, the Supreme Soul. If someone comes, tell them to consider themselves as a soul and remember the Father, nothing else to be done.
It is shown in devotion, tilak (sign on the forehead) is applied, which is the memorial of this time, you get the tilak of the kingdom, you will attain the double crown (Crown of light-purity and crown of king), you become the King and Queen of heaven.
You must just remember that you are a soul not a body. You are a point of light like the Father, He is the Ocean of knowledge and happiness, He comes and sits next to Brahma-Adam (in his forehead). He just says to children, know your selves as a soul and remember Me.
In Golden age, you remain soul conscious but do not remember Me. There, your life span is very long being a yogi – pure and here being a bhogi (attached to senses) your life span becomes small. There, you never leave the body like here.
You have to follow the direction of the One Father, you must know yourself as a soul, remember the Father and remaining hours you have to spend in (Godly) service. You children are very poor, and hence Father feels mercy towards you, I never give you much trouble, I ask you old mothers just to remember Me. If anyone asks the old mothers, tell them that you are going to the Gita Study centre. Here it is the soul of Krishna which takes 84births and receives knowledge from the Father.
Children do a lot of exhibitions and say people get attracted but they do not become faithful to make effort and become pure. Just they say, it is nice to listen but never make effort by them selves, many subjects are being created, it needs effort to become kings.
Remain in solitude and talk to yourself how much you remember, how Father is making you from what to what, give it a try. If you remember the Father, Father is giving a guarantee that you never cry for half of the world cycle.
Now, Father comes and makes you win over vices. Whatever you do is for yourself, you have to become pure from impure. Father gives you the method to become pure, now it is the time of judgement day, you will leave the old body and would come in to the New world, only this study is for the New World unlike others.
Those who do a lot of charity takes birth in the family of kings, it is said, Golden spoon in mouth, you receive it in the golden age. Even in iron age people receive it, but there is various types of sorrows (in iron age).
For you, you will not have any sorrows for half the cycle, you will never become ill, now, it is kingdom of limited period, there in golden age, it is unlimited. In devotion, if they do a lot of charity like if they make hospital, in next birth, they become so healthy that they never become ill at all in their whole life. If they do lot of charity and build hospitals, they attain a long life. Here, by yoga (remembrance), you become ever healthy and ever wealthy. This is a very big hospital and a big University.
Father explains you very nicely, wherever you like, go there and do your study. It is not that you ask why he did not come here or went there (to different study centre) to study. Father is the One, teachers (of the centre) read the Murli, some explains very nicely ,some just read it out.
Wherever speech happens, tell them Shiv Baba (Benefactor Father) says, consider yourself as a soul and remember the Father, so that you become pure and become master of the pure world, it is explained in a very simple manner.

To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada (combined form of Supreme Father and Adam-Brahma), the spiritual Father says Namaste to the spiritual Children. Spiritual Children say Namaste to the Spiritual Father.
Essence to practice:
1. Let go of wasteful thoughts about outside things, sit in solitude and make effort to remember the Father. Wake up early in the morning and churn the ocean of knowledge and also look at your chart.
2. Just as donations and charity are important on the path of devotion, so too, remembrance is important on the path of knowledge. Make the soul ever-healthy and wealthy through remembrance. Practise remaining bodiless.
Blessing: May you be an effort-maker and become an embodiment of the reward of that effort and remain constantly in the mood of being constant and full.
BapDada observes from the subtle region that the mood of some children changes a lot. Sometimes they are surprised, sometimes they have questions, sometimes they are confused, sometimes they are swinging in the swing of tension and sometimes in the swing of attention. However, the confluence age is the age of the reward and not of an effort-maker and this is why the Father's virtues are the children virtues. The Father's stage is the children's stage. This is the reward of the confluence age. So, remain constantly stable and full and only then will you be said to be equal to the Father, that is, one who is an embodiment of the reward.
