Essence: Sweet children, this Brahma is your wonderful post office. It is through this one that you receive directions from Shiv Baba (Benefactor God-Father).
Question: In which situation does Baba caution you children and why?
Answer: Baba says: Children, remain cautious. Do not be hurt by Maya(obstacles) too much. If you continue to be hurt by Maya, you will die and not then be able to receive a status. When someone takes birth to God and then dies because of being hurt by Maya, that death is the worst of all. When Maya makes you children do wrong things, Baba feels a lot mercy for you, and this is why He continues to caution you.

Essence for dharna:
1. Become master knowledge-full, the same as the Father. Churn the knowledge and maintain infinite happiness. Experience bliss.
2. While being in the midst of many types of storm, make yourself stable. In order to be saved from being hurt by Maya, remain very, very cautious.
Blessing: May you be a jewel of contentment through contentment of the heart and fly in the viman of blessings.
A jewel of contentment is one who is content with the self, with service and with everyone. To attain contentment, the fruit of success through tapasya is the success of tapasya. A jewel of contentment is one whose heart is always happy. Happiness means your head and heart are always in a state of comfort and in a restful and happy stage. Such jewels of contentment will experience themselves to be flying in the viman of blessings from everyone.

Become merged in God’s love:
No matter how far away someone may be living physically, constantly loving children remain personally in front of BapDada. Deep love enables you to go beyond all obstacles and helps you to come close to the Father. This love transforms labour into love and enables you to reach here. Loving children say "My Baba" and become merged in that love.

2. We, the souls, are the master knowledge-full children of the Knowledge-full Father... on the unlimited pilgrimage, we have the recognition of the incorporeal world, the subtle world and the corporeal world, and enjoy a high status...we are trinetri, trikaldarshi and trilokinath...while being manmanabhav (resting the mind on God) we spin the discus of self realization, and become the masters of the world with the power of yoga-remembrance...
3. We, the souls, are the mouth-born children of God, who establish the golden age at the benevolent confluence age...we are all brothers and sisters...we learn Raj Yoga, remain in infinite happiness, and experience bliss...we become deities from being children of God...from the lap of the lokik (worldly) father, we go to the lap of the parlokik (beyond this world) Father, pass the biggest exam and become the kings of all kings...
4. We, the souls, are the jewels of contentment...we are content with the self, with the service and with all others... we are constantly happy...the head and heart are always in a state of comfort and restful and happy stage... we fly in the vimaan (plane) of blessings from everyone, please the Bestower, the Bestower of Fortune, and the Bestower of Blessings with a true heart, and constantly stay in a spiritual pleasure...
