Essence: Sweet children, to remain soul conscious is a high destination. Only those who are soul conscious are said to be the Godly community. They do not think of anything except the Father and the supreme abode.

Question: By imbibing which one thing are you able to accumulate in your treasure-store for 21 births?

Answer: Benefiting yourself and others by following shrimat. Those who are completely soul conscious and whose intellects are pure are able to benefit others. When you become body conscious, harm is done and the accumulated treasures end. Then there is a loss. Even the evil spirit of anger makes you cause harm. Therefore, make your nature very sweet.

1. Never follow the dictates of Ravan and thereby become body conscious and cause harm to the Father. You mustn't bring Him defamation. Benefit yourself and everyone else by following shrimat.

2. Don't allow the evil spirit of anger to enter you. Make your nature very sweet. Serve tactfully.

Just as when a train is put on the rails, it automatically continues to move along that track, in the same way, every day at amrit vela, stand on the line of remembrance. If your amrit vela is accurate the whole day will then be fine. If your foundation of amrit vela is strong, you will then automatically continue to receive co-operation throughout the day and your efforts will also become easy. Points of Self-Respect and Soul Study:

Knowledge:  The dark night of Adam-Brahma ends and the day begins...when the unlimited Father  comes, the old world gets destroyed and the new world is established...the Father comes only once and gives us a lot of benefit, has mercy, gives blessings  and benefits us for 21 births...

We, the souls, learn Raj Yoga whilst living in a household, become satopradhan, and then become the masters of a satopradhan world...

Yoga:  We, the souls, the conquerors of sleep, with the pulse of awareness of one God in every vein, are souls remaining in constant remembrance of God...

We are the members of the Godly community with a pure intellect ... with complete yoga, we imbibe divine virtues...we leave the consciousness and the relations of the body, break our attachment to the old world, become soul conscious, remember the Father and the supreme abode and return home with the Father...

Dharna:  Speak less, speak softly, speak sweetly, think before you speak, understand what you speak and speak the truth...

As are the pure king and queen, so are the pure subjects...from being like monkeys, we, the souls, transform to those worthy of being seated in temples...we are deities of Shivalay, the temple of Shiva(Benefactor)...we remain as pure as a lotus flower whilst living in a household, renounce the five vices and become the sweet tempered masters of heaven, free from anger, free from attachment and free from greed...

We follow shrimat at every step, follow the mother and father, become worthy of marrying Laxmi and get seated on the heart throne of the Mother and Father...

Service:  We, the souls, imbibe divine virtues though yoga, and enable others to imbibe the same...we benefit ourselves and others by following shrimat and accumulate in our treasure-store for 21 births...we find new methods for explaining knowledge to others, and make them the rulers of the globe by giving them knowledge...we give our shoulder to Bapdada to make the world a pure heaven...we are the images of support, the images of upliftment and the images of generosity, benefitting those who harm us...
