1.      Remain connected with unlimited awareness during detached awareness to remain connected with Divine Baba's (God’s) consciousness. This helps to be stable, detached, knowledgeable and free from disturbing feelings and emotions.

2.      Whether it is speech by unlimited awareness or with limited conscious awareness, there should be awareness in present moment free from anxiety caused by thoughts like what I would say, how to impress others, what best to say, will i stammer/blabber.

3.      To avoid anxiety, speak spontaneously without any preparation.

4.       Be aware of * , its lightness and its unlimited awareness, with natural attention-focus and awareness, identifying constantly with * as self instead of body, naturally remain combined with God, with gratitude. This will also bring stability while interacting with people or on stage.

5.      Stages: 1st one is of going up and down the ladder. 2nd is to overcome vices. 3rd is to be free from waste thoughts, lost in One Godly awareness - focused and concentrated. This is about totally detached from body consciousness, becoming so transparent that soul is seen by others.

6.      For constant remembrance: Like Dadi prakashmani had said, 70% mind on Baba's (God’s) love and 30% on action, experience Baba's sweetness being a point constantly, all time even whilst talking or doing action 70:30 ratio. Baba (God) says if you get disconnected, it takes time to reconnect again. So keep - remain connected constantly. Find ways to maintain 70:30 awareness even during sleep instead of coming into awareness of chillness or sleep.

7.      To experience lightness and constant remembrance, constantly remain beyond the influence of 5 senses.

8.      Soul conscious is to forget body and physical objects and just become unlimited awareness free from all thoughts. This fills power instantly (like it happened in ….).To remain in unlimited awareness constantly......to focus on this practice and awareness. Complete disinterest makes it easy.

9.      Unlimited awareness leads to bliss. Bliss is nothing but bodiless state free from any physical awareness. Have to maintain bodiless state through unlimited awareness constantly.

10.  To practice: like Dadi prakashmaniji: Never look at the face of others nor smile nor try to respond with physical awareness but with spiritual awareness of internal bliss. Have to forget the whole world and not to see anything of this world with physical eyes but with the third eye.

11.  When you experience deep silence - depth of peace free from fear, emotions but just memories and free from physical awareness, it becomes natural soul consciousness free from all types of attention and focus of efforts.....the deep silence can also be experienced by different techniques like from hemisync, Robert Monroe, focus 10 awareness.

12.  Like BapDada, we have to maintain powerful silence (unlimited bodiless awareness) free from wandering mind along with natural inner sweetness and bliss, to be maintained constantly in all actions even during sleep.

13.  Balance in life: Being a Child and Master
a. To forget self and just remember sweet Baba (God). By just only remembering Baba, there is lightness (along with power)....Child: when no need to use intellect

b. To be a detached observer (bodiless) along with lightness and sweetness. Being bodiless means embodiment of power and bliss....Master: When we use intellect for planning for self &others and whilst giving directions.

c. To be a point with bodiless awareness (master) and remain blissful (child) together all the time.
This is possible when we have deep silence where body sleeps (detached) and mind is alert.
In deep silence, there is also contentment.

Effort: to maintain deep silence and bliss in spite of the distractions from our past habitual sanskars of responding to people and actions.

14.  Spiritual experiences happen when we remain bodiless for a longer time. Incorporeal is deep silence (bodiless, unlimited awareness, body sleep and mind alert). Egoless is to replace self with Godly bliss and also to remain Vice-less free from the influence of mind, intellect and 5 senses. All 3 to be together all the time.

15.  To be constantly blissful free from physical awareness.

16.  Unlimited awareness and bliss are not separately felt but together, both as one quality. Sat chit and ananda - all three are one single nature.

17.  Incorporeal (unlimited), Egoless (blissfull with Baba's awareness free from self awareness) and Vice-less all three are of one quality.

  1. The video link explains about the structure of awareness that has to be maintained in spiritual effort.

    Once we know the difference between consciousness and mind, it becomes easy to maintain elevated spiritual awareness.

    We should also understand that the less number of thoughts, say 0 to 4 per minute keep you connected with elevated consciousness and more number of thoughts put you under stress.
